Helen E. Wainwright (later Stelling, March 15, 1906 – October 8, 1965) was an American diver and freestyle swimmer who competed in the 1920 Summer Olympics and in the 1924 Summer Olympics.
She was born in New York City and died in Hampton Bays, New York.
In 1920 she won the silver medal in the 3 m springboard competition.
Four year later she won the silver medal in the 400 m freestyle event.
